| The Piano Trends Blue Piano taped Chicagoing with Bill Campbell Thursday August 19th. The show is set to air in October. The show featured the Blue Piano and was performed on by artists Danny Wright and Emily Bear between interviews with Bill Campbell. The show is promoting the Raue Center concert of Danny and Emily. Emily Bear performed in concert with Danny Wright at the Raue Center and both artists played to standing ovations. Nine year old Emily has appeared at the White House and on Ellen several times as well as playing on Dancing With The Stars this November. Danny with more than 5 million albums sold followed his Raue appearance with a trip to perform in the Caribbean to promote his new recording. Danny also made an appearance at Piano Trends before the concert and was greeted by an enthusiastic crowd. Emily and Danny played on the Famous Twin Blue Grand pianos of Piano Trends. Louis (pictured above in rehearsal) Sang Songs, Played Songs, and told stories to a very enthusiastic audience at Lucy's Cafe. Piano Trends was proud to sponsor another fine event at the Raue. | Amy Nelson was manager and trumpet instructor for Piano Trends Music Company up until 1998 when she moved on to another stage in her career. This November She stopped in for a surprise visit to talk about old times. Amy has gone on to be a principal Trumpet performer on Broadway and is in the middle of a tour with Fiddler and the Roof. Thanks for stopping in Amy. I think your hair was longer back then. |

The musicians of Piano Trends donated their time and talents to help raise money for several Charities including the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago and the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras. Piano Trends Music donated the use of 5 Grand Pianos including the two famous twin blue grand pianos for the event. The annual event is called the Chill and in addition to the entertainment the event is one of the largest wine and culinary events in Chicago each year. The Chill is held at Chicago's Merchandise Mart every year in November.
